The Capital Pension Plan is a registered pension plan under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and The Pension Benefits Act, 1992 (Saskatchewan). CIC is the Plan Sponsor and Administrator of the Capital Pension Plan, Retirement Annuity Fund. The Retirement Annuity Fund was closed to new entrants on July 1, 2015. Under agreement with CIC, the Public Employees Benefits Agency (PEBA) provides administrative services for the Capital Pension Plan. Annual reports are listed by year.
