EFT Authorization

Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan (CIC) is pleased to announce electronic funds transfer (EFT)/direct deposit as a preferred payment option. The EFT/direct deposit payment method will speed payment delivery by depositing payments directly to your bank account. Authorizing direct debit as your payment method will ensure that your company will have more timely access to funds paid to you.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to encourage you to use accountspayable@cicorp.sk.ca as your preferred way to send billing/invoices, as opposed to postal service or direct payment inquiries. In the event of a business disruption your payments and inquiries will not be delayed.

Please fill in the EFT/direct deposit request fillable pdf form. Accompanying the form with a void cheque or bank confirmation letter is an industry best practice and ensures the correct banking information is supplied and that the request originated from your company/organization. Banking information provided will be stored securely to ensure your information is safe and referenced for auditing purposes only. Once the appropriate forms are properly executed and have been submitted, a representative from CIC’s accounting unit will contact you to verify the request.

Once your EFT/direct deposit payment information has been established, any changes in bank information should be provided to CIC as soon as possible to ensure there are no payment disruptions. A representative from CIC’s accounting unit will contact you to verify any change in your EFT/direct deposit information. Verification by CIC’s accounting unit further protects you by ensuring initial set up and/or change requests are legitimate.

If you have any questions regarding the attached form, please contact accountspayable@cicorp.sk.ca
