Investment Saskatchewan Inc. (IS)
The mandate of Investment Saskatchewan (IS) is to enhance Saskatchewan's long term economic growth and diversification through the provision of investment capital and financing and to ensure prudent management of commercially viable investments.
IS was formerly known as CIC Industrial Interests Inc. It became a stand alone subsidiary in 2003.
The corporation complements the capacity of private sector fund managers through contracting out investment management services.
